T-Minus The Day turns the days leading up to your milestone into a journey of joy and anticipation. You gift a countdown full of personalized memento cards delivered daily to your loved one. Each card includes custom photos, heartfelt notes, and quotes that build excitement for a wedding, birthday, or any special event. You choose a countdown of 7, 14, or 21 days, add your touches, invite collaborators to contribute, and deliver via text, email, or print.

Create an account, select your event date and countdown length (7, 14, or 21 days), choose a theme, and customize your card.

Customization includes picking a theme, uploading photos, and adding personalized messages.

From there, invite collaborators, like family or friends, to add personalized notes and images from your library.

Once ready, schedule delivery—texts or email for daily digital delight or prints mailed to you. We transform the wait into a shared celebration.

Getting started is easy! As the organizer, you’ll choose the background designs for the countdown, enter the event details, and upload photos to the photo gallery. You can then invite loved ones to participate as collaborators.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, you’ll monitor each collaborator’s progress and review the cards before they’re sent—just to make sure every card is perfect. And don’t forget to save a card or two for yourself to send!

Yes.

Choose a theme, select photos, and add your personalized messages. If you want to, add collaborators who will include their own heartfelt messages, using images pulled from your library.

After starting your countdown, add your collaborators’ emails and we’ll take care of the rest. Anyone can join the celebration by adding notes, quotes, or pulling images from your library to specific cards.
This turns the countdown into a group effort.

You’re welcome to set up your countdown as far in advance as you want.

If delivering digitally, you must complete your countdown at least 24 hours before the start date.

If delivering physical cards, you must complete your countdown at least 14 days before your start date to allow for print and shipping times. Your start date is set based on the countdown length, so cards begin arriving right on cue, whether 7, 14 or 21 days out.

Printed: We’ll mail the full set of cards directly to you, so you can gift them to your loved one whenever and however you choose.

Digital: Enter the phone number, email, or both for your recipient, and each morning of the countdown, they will receive a customized electronic memento card designed especially for them by you or one of your collaborators.

Yes.

Our platform lets you review every card as you and your collaborators build them, change photos, and refine personalized messages until they are perfect.

You don’t need to do anything else! Once you assign a card to a collaborator, they take it from there. Your collaborator will choose the template variation, background, and photos from the gallery, then add their own special, heartfelt message to complete the card.

You can add one collaborator per card/countdown day.

However, adding collaborators is not required. As the purchaser, you can send as many of the memento cards as you chose.

Once your countdown is submitted, you may not make changes. This ensures that the celebration is underway and on time.

The celebration doesn’t have to end with the countdown.

You may choose to purchase a keepsake memento book to relive the journey. Keepsake books include all cards from the countdown, keeping memories alive long after the big day.

The memento book can serve as a guest signature book at the event, giving attendees the opportunity to leave heartfelt messages and celebratory notes for the guests of honor.

We do not share your personal information or photos.
